Beautiful violin made by italia violinmaker ARTURO CECI in Bari 1994.
This instrument was ordered by a violin teacher who played on it her whole career.
He choosed a model inspired to Marcus Obbo who worked around 1800 in Napels and was used to make small and narrow shapes with light golden color.
The spruce was already very aged at that time and belonged to the famous napoletan maker Vittorio Bellarosa.
The instrument has a beautiful sound, warm and with huge projection. Sound open and easy to play.
The detail of the inlay in the back nut it was a specific request of the owner: a cat's muzzle.
