Violin maker Simon József, son and grandson, is a dynasty of six generations of violin making! Only quality Carpathian wood is used, naturally dried for 15-20 years, and each instrument is individually built. Three grades are available, in which the quality of the selected wood plays an important role and, of course, the materials used (strings, tuning pegs, etc.). The fretboard, chinrest, starter piece and tuning pegs are all hand-crafted from imported ebony.
