Simon József individually hand-built “Concert” violin for (advanced) violinists, supplied with Thomastik Dominant strings as standard.
Violin maker Simon József, son and grandson, is a dynasty of six generations of violin making! Only high-quality Carpathian wood is used, dried naturally for 15 years, and each instrument is individually built. Two grades are available, in which the quality of the selected wood plays an important role and, of course, also the materials used (strings, tuning pegs, etc.). The fingerboard, chin rest, starter piece and tuning pegs are all hand-crafted from imported ebony.
Delivery of the instrument takes approx. 2-4 days due to adjustment and settling of the strings.
