Product description

This cello by builder Simon József model "Concert" cello is a hand-built cello for advanced cellists, supplied with Larsen/Spirocore strings as standard. The cello can be supplied with other strings on request. We also sell the top model "Master" cello from this builder.

Violin maker Simon József, son and grandson, is a dynasty of six generations of violin making! Only high-quality Carpathian wood is used, dried naturally for 15 years, and each instrument is individually built. Two grades of instruments are built, in which the quality of the selected wood plays an important role and, of course, the materials used (strings, tuning pegs, etc.). The fretboard, chinrest, starter piece and tuning pegs are all hand-crafted from imported ebony.
