Pirastro Permanent steel viola strings produce a relatively warm sound with great projection, very stable. powerful sound and excellent response. The strings have the following specification:

- A string steel core with aluminum winding;
- D string steel core with titanium winding;
- G string steel core with silver winding;
- C string steel core with tungsten (tungsten) winding.

Available in the Medium version.

Permanent viola strings are no longer produced by Pirastro, however strings are still available.
