The Evah Pirazzi Gold strings are made of a synthetic multi-wire fiber. According to the producer, they have a brilliant, powerful golden tone over the entire register, with many timbres being heard. This is useful for advanced players to make beautiful nuances between very soft passages and passages with powerful bowing techniques. The E string is made of a newly developed stainless steel, the A string has an aluminum wrap, the D string is silver and the G string is available in silver and gold (gold in set). For violinists who have the right bowing technique and have outgrown the standard Evah Pirazzi strings, this is a nice upgrade! In short, a very nice string set for the advanced violinist! The A-string is still available in a chrome steel version, but Pirastro no longer has this in its range.
