Optima offers a range of E strings that are very popular among violinists, with the following (material) versions available:
- Premium Steel
- Premium Steel with copper coating (brass)
- Premium Steel with 24 carat gold coating
The brass and gold version have a somewhat longer lifespan and a warmer sound. Try the best for yourself!
Available in ball and loop end, and in 4 different strengths 0.25, 0.26 (medium), 0.27 and 0.28.
