The Larsen Tzigane® violin strings are inspired by Ravel's rhapsody for orchestra and violin "Tzigane". They have a rich and warm sound, as well as excellent focus and projection, which is ideal for violins with a clear to neutral timbre. Larsen Tzigane® G, D and A strings are made using a multi-ply nylon core. The G and D strings are wound with a solid silver flat wire, while the A string is wound with aluminum. The E string is made of carbon steel. Available in Medium and Strong string tensions. The soft version is from the range of Larsen strings. Some loose soft strings are still available.
