Kaplan Amo viola strings offer experienced violists a challenge to get a beautiful and powerful sound from their instruments. Kaplan Amo brings warmth, richness and flexibility to brighter sounding instruments, while Kaplan Vivo offers a more brilliant and bright sound, more suitable for instruments with a darker character. Both Amo and Vivo settle quickly after stringing and guarantee a rich timbre palette of tones, along with good bow response.

- A string : Synthetic core with titanium winding;
- D string : Synthetic core with silver winding;
- G string : Synthetic core with silver winding.
- C string : Synthetic core with silver/tungsten (tungsten) winding.

The strings are available in medium and strong, medium and long scale. However, the medium scale has a delivery time of 4-6 weeks and is a special order by mail.
