This is the secondviolinbuilt by Ornella in 2022 which isinspiredby the GBGuadagnini violin with a back made inonepiece. The wood used comes from Bosnia (Maple/Maple +30 years old) and Italy (Fine spruce/Spruce +30 years old). Finish:Varnish (oil/alcohol)reddish/brown,oldstyle, self composed by Ornella.Veryelegantandwarmsound,richinharmonicsandgreatperformanceineverynuanceandposition, across the entire sound spectrum. The violin can be tried out in the showroom of the String Instrument Shop, Prins Mauritsplein 19 in The Hague.
In the video clip below, the violin is played by Gabriele Ceci (no relation), Concertmaster of the Petruzzelli Philarmonic Orchestra (Bari, Italy).
