The MB-1 pickup system is a very simple yet high quality passive dual pickup with a dual piezo built into a single element designed to be mounted under the wing of the bridge . It has a tunable low-pass filter in the jack plug and thanks to its female jack with strain relief , the musician does not risk accidentally pulling on the cable . The thickness of the sensor is approximately 3mm which is suitable for most cello combs .
